Keep your heel up towards the sky. Don’t let your back sink too low. Keep your leg lower if needed.

Perform 3 – 5 sets depending on your endurance level.  Each set is equivalent to 10 reps for each leg.

Hold each stretch position for about 5 – 10 seconds.

Knot the band in one big loop (adjust for desired band resistance). Then put your legs in the loop.

Push your knees apart and back together in a controlled manner. Perform 3 sets of 15 – 20 reps (45 sec rest between sets)

Perform 3 – 5 sets for each leg. Each set contains 10 raises.
